Today we ran out of playdough. I found this great recipe. Even though it is non-toxic, be careful that your little ones wont eat it.
KOOL-AID PLAY DOUGH
2 c. flour
1 c. salt
4 tsp. cream of tartar
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 c. boiling water
2 sm. pkgs. unsweetened Kool-Aid (Darker colors work better)
Mix together flour, salt and cream of tartar. Add Kool-Aid and oil to water. Stir until dissolved. Combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients. Knead until cool, then ready to play. Store playdough in covered container or Ziploc bag.
